We are the visionaries behind Valley Bear Farms, a dream rooted in our love of design, nature, and meaningful connection. Drawing on years of entrepreneurial and creative experience, we set out to build a place where luxury and wilderness exist in perfect balance.

Through hands-on leadership and careful attention to detail, we’ve transformed the property into a sanctuary of comfort and adventure, where every cabin, trail, and gathering space is intentionally crafted to offer a genuine escape into nature. I was born and raised in Baltimore County, Maryland, and my journey has been shaped by resilience, hard work, and an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit. From launching a successful residential cleaning company to managing multiple tattoo businesses, I’ve built a career rooted in determination, adaptability, and heart.

After years of leading teams and traveling nationwide in the tattoo industry, I discovered a new calling in hospitality. Today, as General Manager of Valley Bear Farms, I bring creativity, leadership, and a genuine love for people into every detail—helping shape the property into a peaceful retreat where guests can relax, reconnect, and rediscover the beauty of nature.

Born in Canada but a Carolinian at heart, I have spent the majority of my life living in North and South Carolina. My deep-rooted love for the outdoors began during my childhood summers spent on a remote island on Georgian Bay, part of the Great Lakes. These experiences instilled in me a lifelong appreciation for nature and a "hands-on" approach to life.

Professionally, I am a seasoned Project Manager with many years of experience leading complex initiatives. I thrive on the details of a project and am never afraid to roll up my sleeves to get the job done. Beyond the spreadsheets and timelines, my true passion lies in serving others; I am driven by the opportunity to use my skills to help enrich the lives of those around me and make a tangible impact in my community.

My love for people and the outdoors shines through my role at Valley Bear Farms, where I’m passionate about creating spaces that invite guests to slow down, feel welcomed, and truly connect.

My background spans leading organizations and staff teams, building software systems for the U.S. Military and public school systems, and working in the fitness and wellness space to help people live healthier, fuller lives. This unique blend of leadership, systems thinking, and care for others shapes my thoughtful, guest-centered approach.

Guided by my motto — Love. Serve. Impact. — I’m committed to intentional hospitality and creating experiences that leave a lasting, positive impression.

I was raised on Long Island, New York, and I’m a devoted father with a lifelong passion for sports "especially soccer" which instilled in me discipline, teamwork, and leadership. From restaurants to construction sites, my early work experiences shaped a strong work ethic and a drive to always go above and beyond.

After studying Business Management at Nassau Community College, I built a career in logistics, production, and warehouse management before relocating to North Carolina. When I discovered Valley Bear Farms, I immediately felt a sense of belonging. Today, I bring leadership, reliability, and a love of nature to the team, and I especially enjoy connecting with guests, whether it’s sharing stories around the property or joining in a friendly game on the courts.

I bring energy, warmth, and positivity to every guest interaction at Valley Bear Farms. With a lifelong love of music and people, I’m passionate about creating unforgettable moments and sharing good vibes wherever I go.

Whether I’m connecting with guests around the property or spending time with my wife, Kyndra, and our five children, I believe in making every moment count and every memory last.

I’m a Balsam Grove native, where Valley Bear Farms was born, and I bring over 14 years of professional cleaning experience to the property. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating spotless, welcoming spaces, my goal is to ensure every guest feels comfortable and truly at home during their stay.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring my artistic side in all its forms and cherish time spent with my husband, Cory, and our five children.
